From his New England beginnings {born and raised in New Haven, CT. and lived in Boston Mass for twenty –eight years}, Horace Short, LADC, CAS, CCJP is an agent for change. Horace has earned licensing from the New England School of Addiction Studies in Vermont and the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He is knowledgeable in both motivational and cognitive therapy, and he has been solicited for motivational speaking throughout the United States. Notwithstanding the extensive training and credentials that quantify his expertise in the field of substance abuse counseling, Horace’s “I can do…” attitude has propelled him through his own transition from dependency to sobriety. It is with passion and reverence that Horace seeks to inspire others through their journey of inner reflection and subsequent self-actualization.
